Information about the processing of personal data

Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, you are hereby provided with the following information on the data processing that may take place as a result of filling in and sending your personal data in the form you are about to compile.

We remind you that the data marked with the symbol* (asterisk) must be provided in order to receive the requested services; otherwise the request cannot be processed. Filling in the other data on the form is optional and you are free to decide whether or not to provide it. The data you have communicated may be disclosed to the data processing personnel of the data controller involved in the performance of the services you have requested or in the technical management of the site (limited to cases in which this is indispensable) and any third parties involved in the performance of the same activities as data processors. The data will be kept until the services requested have been provided or until you request that they be deleted, and, in the event of organisational requirements or regulatory obligations, they may be kept in specific archives for the period strictly necessary for such purposes.
You are reminded that you may exercise your right to ask the data controller for access to your personal data, to rectify or erase them, to restrict the processing of your personal data and to object to such processing, as well as the right to data portability; you may exercise these rights by sending an email to privacy@dassiegelato.com.

We also remind you of your right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, represented in Italy by the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
